Great and absolutely perfect location right next to the main market hall in the centre of Tetovo, easy to get around. Based just next door to the busstation, bazar, shops, restaurants and the site seeing things, Mercure and the main restaurant in the evening.

The hotel is located at the center of the city. It has all the necessary amenities. But the reception and its "rules" are strange and anything less then hospitable.
Location, equipment/amenities
Despite proof of prepayment via credit card two weeks ahead, we needed to do useless speeches at the reception desk when before we finally could check-in. When checking out, the receptionist made us wait for "standard control procedure" (he stated this way) and send some colleague to our room to "check(?)". It was very strange and something I experienced for the first time in my life.

The hotel I recently stayed in felt like a home away from home. the location of the main restaurant was convenient, as it was close to both the bus station and the main shopping street. Although the service in the restaurant was not always attentive, the staff was always polite and respectful. the room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and an excellent bathroom. the breakfast buffet had a great variety of food options, which included a selection of fruits, cold plates, cooked options, and sweets. the strong and reliable free Wi-Fi and the safe parking were definite advantages.
The minibar fridge in the room was not cooling properly, which was a small issue.
